Garden Party @ The Ace Hotel

The word “garden” carries an ancient, global history. In Old Northern French and Anglo-French, “jardin” meant a cultivated sanctuary enclosed from the world. In Old Norse, “garðr” described everything from a homestead to the divine realm of Asgard. And in ancient Persia, “pairidaeza” referred to a garden oasis so abundant it eventually gave us the word paradise.
 Inspired by that heritage, I’m proud to introduce "Garden Party," a sanctuary for our beautifully tangled community of friends, lovers, exes, almosts, soon-to-bes, and everyone in between. Just as early gardens embodied paradise, Garden Party invites us into a world created for you: intimate, lush, safe, and full of possibility. I hope you’ll join me December 6th, 9PM–3AM, at Libera beneath the Ace Hotel Manhattan, for the inaugural Garden Party and a night of indulgence—and, with any luck, the first of many.
